I was never enthusiastic enough to buy a car all by myself without a dealer in the middle of the negotiation. I tried it and in the beginning I felt that it was a major gamble because the money could be lost. I looked up Respect motors and they were a credible company, I was welcomed by Aizhan which helped me throughout the journey to buy my first car. Aizhan always recommended the good cars, and warned me when the car wasn't going to meet my expectations. Aizhan was very helpful and helped me achieve my dream. Eugenia from logistics was also very helpful and provided me with the utmost help and provided me with very detailed pictures. At the end of the day I learned that it is easier to buy a car directly and show interest because Respect Motors are there to help you with your decision!:)
This will surely not be my last car, thanks to your kind staff !!!

I bought a Toyota Crown from Japan through Respect motors. My sales agent, Aizhan, was very friendly, trustworthy and responded to any questions I had, she made the sales process very easy. The Forester is here. It's great and rides well. It does have a little steering rack rattle but that's typical of Subarus from that model year. The client is driving it and he is content.
The Prado is here also. We took it to the Toyota Dealership this morning for a comprehensive service. The customer is very happy.
