I was never enthusiastic enough to buy a car all by myself without a dealer in the middle of the negotiation. I tried it and in the beginning I felt that it was a major gamble because the money could be lost. Aizhan always recommended the good cars, and warned me when the car wasn't going to meet my expectations. Aizhan was very helpful and helped me achieve my dream. I bought a Toyota Crown from Japan through Respect motors. My sales agent, Aizhan, was very friendly, trustworthy and responded to any questions I had, she made the sales process very easy. Eugenia was very helpful and friendly as well, she helped me through the whole logistics process and it all ran very smoothly I had no issues whatsoever. I am very happy with the service.
