Andrew was a great account manager and explained everything from start to finish and answered any questions I had very quickly. Aizhan my bid manager sent me multiple translations for all the cars I was interested in and helped guide me through what was a realistic bid and bidded on multiple cars for me. Eugenia my logistic agent swiftly arranged shipping and delivery of all my relevant paperwork and answered my many questions around the shipping and delivery to Southampton. Kia ora Paul! Sorry for the slow response- what’s app got kicked off my phone somehow. The Prius passed compliance with the removal of the tints. It had a bearing issue which ended up being a bit pricey :) otherwise it’s good - we’re happy and are thinking about getting another one (full EV) - although shipping is really high right now so it might be a few months. Again, apologies for the delay!
Thank you for your help - we’ll definitely be in touch again when we are ready to start looking again :)
