Patience pays. Finally got my machine and it's a beauty. Everyone who has handled it has nothing but good remarks about it.
It was thanks to Sergey (sadly handling other duties; I'm sure Willie is just as diligent) that I got to pick a good model without issues. Ksana is good in handling the post sale logistics and communication.
