I confirm I have received the Hilux in great condition as detailed in the Auction sheet. I discovered "Respect Motors" in Japan after extensive research on the web, 5 years ago, their clarity on how they operate made it convincing to take a chance and buy after a bit of background research in a long time. On signing in I was welcomed by Jane, Sales Agent who I found to be very patient and willing to respond at any time. I was convinced to pay a deposit which I did. In a few days, Ms. Aizhan got in touch with what I exactly needed. I was impressed with the clarity that Ms. Aizhan the Purchase Manager advised, sharing all possible options to choose from. It was a success that she got me a great car and thanks for being truthful, Wow. Ms. Ksana, from the logistics department, had awesome service I never even had imagined on the transportation and assisted with ease at retrieving my documents and arranging freight and communicated consistently on all travels of the shipment. The delivery was on time and on point as promised. Team Respect motors, I thank you all so much and I will refer and recommend RESPECT MOTORS to any of my friends and family if any needs a hustle free purchase from auctions and delivery from Japan to any place in the world.
