I‘m very impressed about the excellent service I received from Respect Motors Team. In the process I had three agents looking after me. The first is helping to set up the account and making sure you understand the process and the deposit is received. The second agent was aligning my preferences with the available cars and advising what amount has chance to win a bid. At the end the bid for my car was lower than what I was expecting. As soon the purchase was confirmed I got a invoice and transferred the open amount (buying price+shipping cost+paper work- deposit) via bank transfer to Japan. As soon the money has arrived I got transferred to the 3. Agent who is reponsibke to ship the car to my destination (in my case it is Cyprus). Also here the flow of information was excellent and everything worked perfect. shipping, all export documents have been as expected and also the information at any time where we have been in the process. The car arrived as planned and has been in excellent condition. So my summary is, I would buy a car thru Repect Motors any time again, as the team has done an outstanding job to make sure I was aware at any time what was going on.
