Using RespectMotors for my first ever self import and from the get go Sergey was a God send of help. From the very beginning he explained everything and took me through it step by step. After a lot of looking I found a 2002 e51 Nissan Elgrand. Sergey then kept me informed with plenty of updates. I was then passed onto evening for the process of shipping and she was also amazing time keeping me updated with progress. From start to end I had a fantastic experience and when time comes for me to import my next car I will definitely be using Respect again.

This is my first import and all I can say is the service provided by Sergey and you Evgenia was fantastic and the car is exactly as described (and even better than I hoped for) it looks like a new car inside and out.
